Product Details

We use this 9 3/4-inch traditional cazuela for baking and roasting. It's an attractive oven-to-table piece of cookware. Dimensions: 9 3/4 x 2 1/4 inches. Capacity is 1 3/4 quarts (7 cups).

Our cazuelas are lead-free and oven-safe. They can go in the oven, microwave, and freezer. Before the first use, we recommend immersing the cazuela in water for 8 hours. This is an optional step but helps its heat resistance.

Made by a small company in northeastern Spain, these cazuelas have a hand-crafted, earthy feel -- their individuality is part of their charm.
