Made of flexible corrugated steel, the windshield is a handy accessory that keeps the burner's flame protected from strong breezes. It hangs off the pan and will fit as long as the pan is the same size or bigger than the outside ring of the burner. There are 4 corrugated shields included in the set. Each shield is 27 inches long by 6 inches wide and hooks directly onto the paella pan. It is easy to assemble and stores flat after use.
Everything we sell is manufactured or produced in Spain, and we only offer products and food that we personally use and enjoy.
