This burner fits our 20-inch pans and smaller. It has two concentric rings of flame and two knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 14 inches, and the inner ring is 6 inches. You can use the inner ring by itself for 14-inch pans and smaller. Total BTU output is 32,000.
Our burners offer maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so you can adjust the heat where and when it's needed.
The burner comes with 3 long supporting legs that provide a convenient and stable way to lift our gas paella burners to table level. Each leg is 30 inches long. The legs slip onto the burner and are tightened with thumb screws (no screwdriver required), and you can easily adjust each leg to level the burner. This is a secure system that is speedy to assemble and disassemble. It also stores very compactly.
All you need to start cooking is a propane tank and a regulator and hose to connect to the burner. We offer a compatible regulator and hose for this burner as an optional add-on, much discounted from what you will find elsewhere.
