These Gazpacha Olives are an easy, fast, delicious, and super Spanish tapa. Cured in a flavorful brine that infuses the olives with deep savory flavor, these olives anchor your tapas table with a crowd favorite.
Serve them as a standalone with drinks, take them to work or school as a snack, or add them to salads. A few pickled onions and chopped carrots are in the jar along with the olives, just to keep things interesting!
