This traditional cazuela is perfect for baking casseroles, vegetable gratins, or roasting chicken parts. Capacity is 2 1/2 quarts (10 cups).

Our cazuelas are lead-free and oven-safe. They can go in the oven, microwave, and freezer. Before the first use, we recommend immersing the cazuela in water for 8 hours. This is an optional step but helps its heat resistance.

Made by a small company in northeastern Spain, these cazuelas have a hand-crafted, earthy feel -- their individuality is part of their charm.
