This bag contains 1 kilo or 2.2 pounds of Paella rice. That's equivalent to 4 1/2 cups, enough for 4 to 7 servings (depending on appetite).
This is a short grain pearl rice that works extremely well in paella. While not as renowned as the bomba variety, this rice grain is of the Bahía-Senia type of round rice, which is cultivated in the Valencia region of Spain.
Everything we sell is manufactured or produced in Spain, and we only offer products and food that we personally use and enjoy.
We are a very small family-owned company, and the owner started the business out of a genuine passion for paella and Spain.
Our mission is to spread the word about truly authentic paella and to provide all the resources you need to make one at home.
