- 1 kilo (2.2 lbs) cloth sack bomba rice (4 1/2 cups)
- 1 jar whole piquillo peppers, 220g
- 1 gram jar of pure Spanish saffron
- 75-gram tin smoked sweet pimenton
- 1 dry-cured Palacios hot chorizo (7.9 oz)
This set is a step up from our Paella Essentials Ingredient Pack. It includes everything in the Essentials plus the Palacios brand chorizo. We use Palacios chorizo (a well-known producer in Spain) as both a tapa before the meal as well as diced up and added to the paella.
Everything we sell is manufactured or produced in Spain, and we only offer products and food that we personally use and enjoy.
We are a very small family-owned company, and the owner started the business out of a genuine passion for paella and Spain.
