We use this lightweight ridged pan all the time -- to toast our bread, heat flour tortillas, and make grilled cheese sandwiches. It heats up in just a few seconds, so it's much more efficient than using the oven, and it's even faster than a traditional toaster. Made of enamel-coated steel.
Everything we sell is manufactured or produced in Spain, and we only offer products and food that we personally use and enjoy.
We are a very small family-owned company, and the owner started the business out of a genuine passion for paella and Spain.
Our mission is to spread the word about truly authentic paella and to provide all the resources you need to make one at home.
